Express Badges can supply...

Rectangular badges:

80x50mm, 70x35mm, 76x25mm

64x19mm, 61x26mm, 47x16mm

The 76x25 and 64x19mm sized badges are the most popular of the badge shapes and sizes, and also come with the choice of a
gold, grey, black, red, green, blue or white trim badge holder or no trim holder if you prefer.... (you just see the coloured trim
around the outside of the badge,
much like a border) - see below.

The 47x16mm size has the choice of a black trim holder only.

The 80x50, 70x35 and 61x26mm badges do not have trim holders.

Oval badges:

66x35mm, 55x30mm and 42x25mm

The oval badges do not have trim holders.

Round badges:

60mm (no holder, any clasp),
50mm (no holder, any clasp),
25mm (gold or silver metal holder with locking pin),

19mm (spur nail/butterfly clasp)

Square badges:

25mm (gold or silver metal holder with locking pin)

As part of our service to you, we have..

• No set up fees - all products can be fully personalised - names, designations, mottos etc.
  
• No minimums to order - great if you only want a few badges, or have a new staff or club member and only need one badge
  
• Full colour finish - with any text (colour, font, style), photos, images, logos, graphics, and backgrounds, high gloss finish with a resin dome
  
• Choice of clasps - pins, pocket clips, magnets (not always suitable with pacemakers - check with your doctor) or locking pins. Please note the 25mm square and 25mm round brooches only come with a locking pin on the holder, while the 19mm has spur nail/butterfly clasp.
  
• Fast and efficient service - usually just 2-3 days from confirmation of order for badges and key rings, a little longer for larger orders
  
• Discount options - discounts begin from 10+ items

Adhesive labels can be attached to the badges for inter-changeable names (temporary staff, trainees etc.). Something like a clear Dymo or Brother label looks the best (the space on the badge where the name would normally be is left blank.
